That video needs to be reduced as much as possible and squashed as small as you can in file size. We built a site the other day with a 2mb video and it's what they wanted.
Just think of it.. waiting forever for 200mb to load on a 56k.. lol
Squash, Squash, Squash and then try, try, try.
I'm sure you have used Soren? Even when you import a movie into Flash you can reduce the size as well. So, I thinking you will be better off making many different formats and sizes until you find the one that works.
