Google is constantly updating and tweaking its index and changing rules all the time. Therefore this may happen at times to any site.
From what i have seen, Google does not like your dynamic pages like ShowPosting.asp?ID=xxx. If you fix this problem you should see high increase in traffic. To do this you will need to use mod-rewrite on your website and translate that url in something like for example
www.business-idea.com/xxx.htm or
www.business-idea.com/xxx/ . You will also need to modify your forum scripts to generate the new URLs.
