I'm going to have to agree with Paul B and ADAM. The graphic is too complex to be a logo and the text seems almost disconnected from the image... like an after thought. Not saying that the illustration you have drawn isn't a good "true-to-life" illustration of the viridiflora tulip, but I do believe that it needs to be simplified with the text being incorporated into the logo a little better and not as an afterthought.

Just one guys opinion though.
