I went to Ad:Tech SF in hopes of getting help starting my affiliate program. The only booths i found were CJ and DirectTrack. After understanding that a network keeps my affiliates, im pretty sure i dont want to be in a network so i have decided to go with my own software. After talking to a DirectTrack rep i went and asked around about DirectTrack and to find out what people thought about the DirectTrack software.

The buzz around Ad:Tech was that DirectTrack is having major problems with bandwidth functionality and even sales not tracking correctly. People complained about a poor user interface, problems pulling reports and bad customer service as well.

Has anyone used this software before? If so, what sort of issues have you run in to?
