I think your site is cluttered and way too confusing.

Two things to get you started:

1. That header image - rethink it, both in terms of design, and size ( like someone else said, its too big for visitors on lower resolutions )

2. Fonts! Use Tahoma/Verdana at 8-10pts at the max. Times New Roman looks tacky and unprofessional.

You might be better off making your site in Frontpage if you didn't already! If you're planning to sell your web development services on to others, I would spend a lot more time developing your own site if I were you.

I don't mean to be harsh at all, but you've got lots of work to do on that site. Good luck with that.
