cspelts is certainly telling you like it is when he suggests you may need to adjust your expectations.
I have an extremely fortunate web presence, both organically and with Adwords, but it's taken me well over a year to achieve it -- and along the way I've had to do a whole lot of learning about optimization.
Even so, I'm rarely seeing more than 50 visits a day to my site, 10 daily clicks on my AdWords (spread over ten campaigns), two serious enquiries a week, and a couple of sales a month. Moreover, I'm fully aware that it can take up to twelve months for the sale to ensue and that I need to keep in ongoing touch with my potential clients per a monthly newsletter and periodical follow up e-mails.
Beyond all question, the creation of a website is only the first step in a long, patient process of selling houses!

PS. One vital point you also need to deal with is the conversion rate. Visits and clicks mean nothing if people don't end up contacting you. Your site has to give them a reason and (per something like a "Click here to e-mail me" link) make it easy to do so.
