There are 3
PR updates:
(1) The toolbar (last updated 1 January - though a couple of high
PR sites have had changes)
(2) The Google Directory
PR(last updated 3 March - so you wrong here has been an update since 1 Jan)
(3) Intenal/"in-house"
PR updates at Google (we do ot know the frequency, but its been speculated as being maybe from daily to every two weeks - I posted the quote from a Google employee confirming this)
The public updates are (1) and (2) and are the dates hat are published on that site you referred to. They are meaningless as (3) is the one that counts.
