Offshore merchant accounts with no setup fees DO NOT Exist. Also most offshore accounts take anywhere from 7 - 30 days to setup...24 hour deposits is absolutely not possible...daily payments are not possible...

To give them credit, they specifically state on their website (at least today they do - who knows what they said in March) that you should BEWARE if anyone tells you 'no setup', '24 hour deposits', etc. They are NOT saying they offer those. They are warning AGAINST such claims.
But...the domain name was registered in January 2005 and also has no contact info, so I would shy away from them as well since who really knows who and where they are.
