one poster is claiming that Google do not update PR internally/"in house" on a different schedule to the public toolbar PR updates. Several messages and a quote from GoogleGuy says they do. The threads has resorted to name calling, so lets have a vote here.

Do Google update PR internally/"in-house" more frequently than they update the toolbar PR?
