About four days back I registered http://HairPromStyle.com

The term "Hair Prom Style" was searched more than 100,000 times last month (Overture) It's a long term search keyword...not sessional.

Now this site is up & indexed by Google & MSN...soon Yahoo! will index it.

Now I'm thinking of selling this domain or full website as it is.

I'm expecting $25K pluss... it it fair? :)
