Default Who Sells the Best Link Management Software

Please share any thoughts you might have about the best software to manage a links program.

My experience is limited to two, and here's what happened:

LinksManager.com, at $20 a month, was disappointing. It's way too picky about which links it will check for reciprocation (imported links, for instance), and if you have multiple sites the cost quickly skyrockets. The tech support guys speed read your emails and shoot back boilerplate paragraphs from their FAQ. It takes several emails just to get them to grasp the question.

ReciprocalManager.com offers a php script for $70 which is very nice except for one thing: the reciprocal link checker hangs on many servers and never finishes, leaving you to check them yourself.

Technical support at ReciprocalManager.com is practically non-existent. The guy will respond quickly for a while after you buy the product to say he knows about the problem and has hired some super-duper programmers who rewrite the product and fix all the known issues. After a while, he doesn't write back at all...

Still, the script is easy to use, and you have total control over and no restrictions on sending emails to your reciprocating web masters. Also, if you have ten web sites you can use it on all ten (or however many) simply by purchasing one license.

Despite the problem with the reciprocal link checker, I still use it. But then I only exchange links with less than 100 sites, because of the time involved policing the links directory.

I see a lot of other software solutions in place out there which manage links, and I would enjoy getting your own reviews.
