Your very first header has a major typo - "Read Articles About Business New Expirience". Then right below that - "We Updating Regularly".
For a web site about articles and writing, make sure your spelling and grammar are correct. Site seems kind of bland on first impression; I doubt I would personally venture too far into it as it does not stir my curiosity.
In regard to design, why is such a simple layout style in a frameset? Sites in framesets do not perform or index well on the SEs - get rid of the frames.
