I'm so glad you made that post.

I've been optimizing my website for going on 12 months, reading all the do's and don't and what not's... I came to the conclusion, that Google is really not that clever and probably outsmarts itself at different time.

Results for keywords often show rubbish and the rubbish stays there month after month... so, may strategy has been to just keep working for the good of our visitors and to publish articles and provide good useful content on our page.

I do not engage in any 'funny business' I just write the text and of course get backlinks - over the past 3-4 months, we've steadily been climing in Google, and rank on the first page or two of most other search engines (I've never optimized anything for any of them)... so what are all these algorythems really doing?
