since this is happening with you for the 2nd time so i think he might have installed some kind of keylogger which sends the keystrokes to him..
I will suggest that first you scan your machine using anti spyware software like
Ad-Aware and see what it shows...
and 2nd thing, I hope the password you have set is not simple i.e. easy to guess
