Pros:
Attractive site! Cool drawings, and nice layout. Your color scheme is simple and appealing. Your side menu is broken up logically and easy to follow.
Cons:
Lose the frames ASAP. Frames in your case do not add value and will prevent your site from getting indexed in search engines, Sorry! I understand why you are using the frames (
https://ukvps.protx.com) but really you are doing more harm then good. What happens when a customer reads this line:
"You have now entered the Protx secure server, if your browser isn't showing the secure padlock on the bottom right of your screen click on the padlock below"
They wont see the symbol because they are locked up in a frame! Not a good way to build trust in the last step of purchasing. Also when you expand two categories the links get cut off, but there is no scroll bar to reach them!
I would recommend a simple logo that people can remember you by and combine this with our site name. The drawing is a nice decoration but very detailed as a logo. 'Kid' is hard to make out in your title as well.
