Wonder if the cigarette brand is in any way likely to find your site infringing - probably not, and they'll probably never see it, but worth considering a bit if you plan to grow this to be a large entity.
I think that you might consider, if you have a graphical artist or the ability yourself, abstracting the fish somewhat, such that the "L" is a bit more obvious, and the fish more hinted at - the line and pole make it fairly easy to figure out...
Agree that the Fishing Charters text needs a new font (probably not in italics), and try to keep from touching it to the pole handle there, I would recommend. The "Strike" part I like in terms of the white on [any dark color] but a less wavery font would help it stand out and be more legible, especially as you resize down for smaller web logos, etc.
The "ucky" is a bit "icky" (or ichthy? - sorry, have to entertain myself somehow) but I think you have the right idea that here is where you can use the most nonstandard font in the logo - you haven't quite hit upon a perfect one yet, but scrolling through a few hundred in Adobe ought to let you have a breakthrough there.
Overall, a good start on what could be a creative yet legible logo. Cheers!
