i cant say the site is off putting, maybe the pricing info. on each product could be made more obvious. The product pictures are not that claer either, that may put someone off buying or ordering online. They may feel that they would rather see the size and shape of the glasses etc. before they buy it?

You have a shop front that you normally sell from i assume?

Do any of these customers see your products online but come to you and buy in person ? I know this is the case for a furniture shop i work with, no feedback from site but customers coming to shop after looking at it. The view of this is whether they come in or email it don't matter so long as they buy somthing ! lol

Just a thought on the type of customer and product rather than the site.
