Very nice example! Too often domain name owners get bullied, but it's all bark and no bite. I for one own a domain name which does contain a TM word, but I maintain it does not breach TM laws. Too many people back down when they hear from a company, thinking just because they have big lawyers, they must be right. This example shown above shows exactly that it isn't the case.
