Hi,

I self-host a website (web server is local).

The site is up 99.9% of the time. Works without much maintenance. It can have up to 35 visitors on the site at any given moment (can you tell me how to measure bandwidth on this?).

I need to outsource the support for this server. Am seeking a person I can call on the telephone that has loads of experience with webservers and dealing with problems, who is also trustworthy.

Do you know of person/company in the business of supporting remote webservers? What is your experience and what other options do you recommend.

The site gets more traffic than it does sales, so I think remote hosting may be cost prohibitive. Also, the dedicated server works.
