Well I wanted to make a quick update to this post. I was checking with Google every couple days when I originally posted about these SERP's. Of course as with many things in life I then spaced it until today when something jogged my memory.

I just ran the same querry on Google today. To my satisfaction they have indeed removed the above refferenced site from the SERP's. I feel vindicated, and proud that a search giant like Google took the time to listen to little old me! And, it only took somewhere between a week and two weeks, not bad at all big "G"!
