Your site looks pretty good, there does seem to be text coming out from behind a header/title bar. Is this supposed to be hidden? If it is percieved as hidden by the bots/spiders it could get you in trouble with them. It might just be the way the page was rendered on my screen due to resolution/fonts etc. but you should look into it.
