I've never been an advocate of excluding keyword tags, by all means, include them. Most importantly, give each page it's own fresh set of tags.

I stand by what I said, which is that most of the majors don't seem to look at them. Ken i'll bet on a cheeseburger if you put a unique word in a keywords tag on a mock site, Google won't find it.
