I'm waiter on one cafe internet, and i have problem with my connection, the connection is slow and if all workstation full with customer connection become very slow. So any suggestion or reply is very appreciated. Here the specification of my server and workstation.

:: SERVER ::
OS = windows 2000 advanced server SP2
processor = PIII 900
Ram = 261 KB RAM
Network card = 3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Management NIC (3C905C-TX)
Connection = DialUP
modem = RockWell 56000 external modem PnP
Hub = Edimax 8 port Dual speed hub

:: Workstation ::
OS = Win98 and another WinME.
Processor = PIII 800
Ram = 64 KB RAM
Network Card = 3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Management NIC (3C905C-TX)

To sharing the connection to internet I use microsoft proxy server 2.0. sometime telephon company just give speed 45.2, 46.6, 31.2.

I've plan change to DSL but on my place is not exist :(.
