I have a tricky question

I am working now like tech person for my client killer sales site http://www.yourtraveldudes.com

We have autoresponder on site, also we have in it list of prospects, my client need to move them to customer list AFTER first sale, how I need to realise that ? I am confused.

Site using paypal and will very possibly use other CC processor

I am open to hear advices
