The spam block note doesn't originate with Google. It comes from the recipient's e-mail system and it's either their server (e.g. hotmail, yahoo, earthlink, whatever) that's rejecting your newsletter or, more likely than not, some anti-spam program that the recipient has installed.
There's really nothing you can do about it, I'm afraid. It's just one of the costs of doing business these days.
But you do puzzle me when you say "sending newsletter to my customers from my website" -- which doesn't really make sense. I presume you mean that people can and do "opt-in" when they visit your site and you then have a separate e-mailing program you use for sending the newsletter to them. Yes?
Anyway, if I'm right, you may be able to check with whoever's running it. They may have a solution that isn't immediately obvious to you.
