Default Rate My SEO - Too Much or Just Right

I would like input on my layout i created for the key term "Pool Trick Shots": It is designed to be user friendly and Google-happy. If you were a single minded, stereotypical googlebot, what would you think...

-------------------------------------------
Title of Page: Pool Trick Shots for Beginners to Experts

Introduction Paragraph Titled “Pool Trick Shots” w/ an <h1> 5% of the weight used here. The other 3% will be distributed in the descriptions for the sets of shots. All other words (non pool trick shots)used should total around 1%.

[
Trick Shot A Trick Shot B Trick Shot C
A description of the first set of Trick Shots-
]

PIC2
[
Trick Shot F Trick Shot G Trick Shot H
Description of the first set of Trick Shots
]

ETC....

Pics Will Contain Alt and Name Tags With "Pool Trick Shots" used in them, while links will include /pool-trick-shots/ in their URL.
-------------------------------------------

Will the googlebot throw up after seeing "pool trick shots" or will it like the use of my keyword throughout the page?

I know incoming links to this page are critical but my first concern is that this layout does NOT fit into the category of OVEROPTIMISED.
