Thanks for expanding on your point - I think I know what your getting at, simplify and it will make a bigger impact.

I hear what you are saying also about the text - interestingly that text is always in black but it does not always sit to the right of the logo, it is placed differently depending on where we use it (although it does look like this on our letterhead).
I might play around with doing a text circle around the logo to see what that would look like.
I hear what you are saying about the text maybe being in the colours of the circle (I'll have a look and see what that would look like) but I do think that it would subtract from the logo and especially the circle as that really makes an impact with the black text next to it.
