This one seems armour coated. It is done extremely intelligently at all
SEO levels. The content in the introductory paragraph, and the listings at State and City levels add enough difference to not flag the Dupe Content Filter. Every aspect of
SEO follows the rules to the tee!
It's Incideous!, I really don't know how else to describe it beyond that. How are the SE's going to deal with these kind of issues as we march toward localization refinement?
Any speculation there?
