Hello! I think your site is looking good, and while a lot of directories will simply overlook meta tags, they are still very important for other search engines and directories. The second paragraph on your home page tells a little more about what you do than your meta description does so I would recommend using it as your description. Also, try doing a search at
http://www.wordtracker.com for several of your main keywords (ie. portal, web services, software) and see what comes up - this way you'll know exactly what terms users are searching for. Use these keywords in your meta tags (including your description and title) and try to use them throughout your page for best effect.
