My site is a sports directory but in a different format. I offer directories for baseball, basketball, football and soon to be hockey. Each directory has it's own links page, forums and site reviews. Example: the baseball directory has a section to baseball links(which are links to related baseball sites). I did this since links and directory are two major keywords for my type of site.

Here are my questions:

1. Should I rethink my layout?

2. If no, what can I do to improve my search rankings?

3.Now my most important question is this: should the keywords and title be the same for each page?

4. Is my site search engine friendly?

Example: on my home page I use the keywords of: sports, links, sports links, directory, sports directory and a few others.

However, on my baseball directory page I use the following keywords: baseball, baseball directory, baseball links, links, directory, forums and baseball forums.

All suggestions are welcomed.
