Hotel booking systems vary in complexity and any reasonable one would require good serverside coding knowledge and good MySQL knowledge for complexed date queries.

I'm not aware of any open source as I really can't see anyone giving away a complex program capable generating anyone with zero skills a reasonable income.

The property rental market is now saturated with such booking sites and I would urge you to consider carefully before entering into it.
