Went to CNET for this one. Now I'm here, and in need of help.
We are looking for a camera that is 8 mega pixels or greater. Price =< $1000.00
Stills of buildings and people (action shots not anticipated)
User is a film camera expert, but we would like to move to a format that is quicker than film and scanner, with at least the same quality.
Use a 4x4 format for film, would like the same size digital; or its equivalent. And what is the equivalent?
If you have one that you love, hate or something else please advise.
Primary use will be print, but would like the ability to use for web also, if that is a real issue.
