I'm going to be different I use GoLive CS.
I like it's project management and CSS editor.
When it comes to editing pages I mainly use source mode, as this is the only way I have found of getting the control I need to build pure CSS layouts.
I have yet to find a WYSIWYG editor that gives me the same level of control as hand coding.
