A webmaster emailed (or rather his LinkPartners account emailed) to say that our link has been added to this page:

The page might be quite new or maybe not - but it has no
PR showing, although the Home Page is PR5.
My question is:
Is there any benefit in terms of "inbound links/anchor text" linking to sites using pages created by LinkPartners?
Anyone has any experience of LinkPartners?
